Order sheets will be viewed and submitted by the Troop Leaders on behalf of their Scouts to Cotapaxi for production and delivery. We will ship the total amount of pens needed to each Troop/Pack or Council, and the Scouts will then deliver the pens to the customers that placed the orders with them. Having an automated system for order entry will not only make the selling process easy, but it will also allow Troop Leaders to manage their Scout’s sales and activity clearly and regularly on a real-time basis.
From each pen sold at $15 dollars, you will keep $7.50 as a pure profit, and send $7.50 per each pen to Cotapaxi. Breakpoint/volume quantities will also allow for higher margins for you to keep as a profit. We are providing you a way to achieve a pure profit without any expenses!
In Summary, Cotapaxi supplies the sales tools and pens to you as well as covering all of the up front costs of manufacturing, packaging and shipping; the Scouts sell the commemorative pens and collect the orders and money payable to each Troop/Pack. The Troop/Pack Leaders submit all order sheets to Cotapaxi on behalf of their Scouts, and then send Cotapaxi payment of $7.50 per pen once sold. You will retain the other $7.50 of each pen sale, and generate huge profits!

The common Goal for this campaign is to “Complete The Sheet”! Each Scout will have a goal of selling 25 pens, and that is a complete order sheet! (25 orders X $7.50 per pen is a total profit of $187.50 per Scout for each Troop with no expenses!)
